Mortgage and finance broking is provided by Legacy Mortgage Group. Credit Representative Number 473493 is authorised under Australian Credit Licence Number 389328. Legacy Financial Planning Pty Ltd — ABN 91 167 254 202 | AFSL 519446 — provides financial planning services.
As mortgage brokers we have a best-interests duty: we must act in your best interests when providing credit assistance. We compare loans across our 70+ lender panel and recommend a product we reasonably consider to be in your best interests.
For most home loans, we’re paid a commission by the lender at settlement and an ongoing trail commission. Both are disclosed in your Credit Quote and Credit Proposal Disclosure. Where a fee is payable by you, we’ll always tell you in writing before any work begins.
You have the right to ask us how a loan was selected, what alternatives we considered, and to receive copies of your file. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@legacy.net.au. If we can’t resolve it, you can refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
